St Jude’s Health Care Group is a trusted provider of Aged Care, Allied Health and Disability Services, established in 1982. With a strong reputation built over four decades and as a purpose-driven organisation, we operate with a clear philosophy: we do not provide any service that isn’t good enough for our own families. Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.

Role Summary

As an Accommodation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disability or psychosocial needs by ensuring they receive the tailored support they deserve in our accommodation homes. You'll oversee the daily operations of the homes in your region, including staff rostering, supervising Support Workers, and contributing to meaningful projects that improve our services.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be based on-site at our accommodation homes to closely support, supervise, and observe the quality of services delivered to clients
  • Lead the rostering and day-to-day supervision of Support Workers across your region
  • Complete assessments, care planning, individualised support plans, and positive behaviour support plans, ensuring each client's unique needs are met
  • Ensure all services are tailored to each client's funding and personal preferences—delivering cost-effective, person-centred support

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our Bethania Gardens facility, with regular travel to accommodation houses.
