Role Summary

As a Housing & Accommodation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to thrive in their homes across the metropolitan area. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations of client accommodations, leading a team of Support Workers, and driving projects that make a real difference. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working from accommodations in order to best supervise and witness the delivery of our services to clients
  • Rostering and supervision of Support Worker staff working in the region
  • Completing client's assessment, care planning, individualised support plans, positive behaviour support plans and other relevant assessments and reviews
  • Ensuring that all services delivered are based on the funding and preferences of the client so that they remain cost-effective and person-centered

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidates will have previous experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector and be familiar with working within the NDIS framework and terms of business. You will have the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with both your clients and the staff you supervise. You will have superb communication skills and be confident conversing with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will value feedback and prioritise working within the broader coordination team in order to better your working practices.  

As well as the above skills, the Key Requirements include:

  • Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Possess or willing to obtain a Blue Card
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
