Title: Accommodation Coordinator
Role Summary
The Accommodation Coordinator ensures that clients with disability or psychosocial needs enjoy the highest quality of life by delivering tailored support services across our accommodations. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of assigned houses, including rostering and supervising Support Worker staff and contributing to relevant projects to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work on-site at accommodations to supervise and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
- Manage rostering and supervise Support Worker staff across the region
- Conduct client assessments, develop care plans, individualised support plans, positive behaviour support plans and complete other relevant assessments and reviews
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with client funding and preferences, maintaining cost-effectiveness and person-centered care
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located in Bethania!
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Our ideal candidates will have prior experience in case management or support coordination within the disability sector and be familiar with the NDIS framework and relevant business practices. You will excel at building meaningful, lasting relationships with both clients and the staff you supervise. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential. You value feedback and work collaboratively within the broader coordination team to continually improve practices.
Key Requirements
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Yellow Card
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Blue Card
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
