We're Building a New Paediatric OT Team — Join Us!

We’re launching a new paediatric OT stream within our well-established, community- based NDIS service and we’re looking for passionate, motivated paediatric OTs to help bring it to life. This isn’t a blank slate. We’ve got a solid foundation: robust systems, admin and scheduling support, established caseload and reliable referrals, as well as a culture of collaboration. What we’re creating now is a space for paediatric OTs to thrive clinically, creatively, and professionally.

  • Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist
  • 2 x Occupational Therapists (Early Career or Experienced)

Senior Paediatric OT – Lead With Purpose!

As the Senior OT, you'll play a key role in service design, provide clinical supervision and leadership, and support the professional development of your team. 
You bring: 

  • 3+ years’ paediatric experience (NDIS experience highly regarded) 

  • Strong skills in sensory, developmental, and functional interventions 

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring 

  • Confidence to help shape systems and service delivery from the ground up 

Occupational Therapists – Grow With Us!

We're also seeking 2+ enthusiastic OTs (early-career or experienced) to support a growing caseload of NDIS children aged 0–17.

You will bring: 

  • AHPRA registration and OT qualification 

  • Interest in paediatrics and community based work 

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to family-centred practice 

  • Willingness to learn, contribute, and grow in a supportive environment
