Title: Senior NDIS Administrator
Role Summary
The Senior NDIS Administrator ensures accurate and compliant delivery of NDIS and Support at Home activities, leads the administration team, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise client funding and organisational compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage NDIS claims, invoicing, and receivables to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- Oversee client onboarding, funding confirmation, service bookings, and agreements
- Monitor NDIS plans, budgets, and audits to maximise funding utilisation
- Prepare SIL quotes and monthly Support at Home claims
- Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and data flow across NDIA and Services Australia
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient service delivery
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time position and is based out of our central office in Belmont.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of compliant record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting
- Experience leading or supporting a small team
- Resilient, adaptable, and confident navigating process and system change
- Sound understanding of the NDIS and/or Support at Home frameworks
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Professional, business-minded approach with a focus on improving outcomes for clients and the organisation
