Role Summary

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to ensure that St Jude’s and its subsidiaries have a prominent and positive standing within the marketplace for various health care services. This will be achieved through the planning of targeted digital programs, the implementing of SEO campaigns, and the designing of a comprehensive social media strategy. The role will seek out information, knowledge and good news from within the organisation, utilising these to create marketing and advertising campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand awareness
  • Create and manage content across digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, website and email campaigns 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop materials that communicate our mission and impact 
  • Coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities 
  • Analyse marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement  
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices in disability and aged care sector marketing 
  • Identifying potential areas of growth or expansion for the organisation 

This role is located at our central office in Belmont and will be hired on a permanent full time basis.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in a post-qualification marketing role, ideally for a complex service delivery organisation. They will have a track record of utilising progressive digital mediums and strategies to bring about a direct increase in visibility and lead generation. As well as being a creative spark, you will possess the ability to effectively meet deadlines, organise your time and manage competing priorities. You will also play a key role in providing data, analytics and reporting to key stakeholders on a regular basis.

Key selection criteria includes:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
  • Experience utilising Content Management Systems (ideally WordPress), Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Mail Chimp and various social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively converse with people from all walks of life
