Location:  Belmont
Business Unit:  St Jude's Disability Services

St Jude’s Health Care Group is a trusted provider of Aged Care, Allied Health and Disability Services, established in 1982. With a strong reputation built over four decades and as a purpose-driven organisation, we operate with a clear philosophy: we do not provide any service that isn’t good enough for our own families. Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.

Role Summary

The Facility Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the smooth, compliant, and client-focused operation of a portfolio of supported accommodation homes. Overseeing a team of 6–8 Coordinators, you’ll provide strong leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery across the region. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining compliance with NDIS requirements, overseeing clinical, operational, and quality standards, and ensuring all services align with relevant legislation and organisational policies. As a Facility Manager, you’ll be a key driver of positive workplace culture and a champion for service excellence across the organisation!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Mentor and supervise a team of Coordinators in areas such as rostering, recruitment, and staff performance
  • Oversee the delivery of personal care, clinical services, and care planning to ensure individual client needs are met
  • Manage systems for reviewing and analysing client-related incidents and complaints to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and optimise revenue, control expenditure, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
  • Foster a culture of open feedback where both clients and staff feel heard, valued, and respected

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

You’re an experienced leader in complex healthcare service delivery, ideally within the NDIS or disability sector, but we also value backgrounds in aged care or other relevant health settings. You have a strong track record of managing accommodation-based services for people with complex needs and behaviours, and you bring both clinical insight and operational leadership to your work. What sets you apart is your ability to remain calm, positive, and proactive under pressure. You lead by example, inspiring your team and creating a culture of professionalism, care, and high performance.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Clinical qualifications and registration as an EN or RN (essential)
  • Experience or strong understanding of the NDIS and/or mental health services (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage services in a residential setting
  • A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites as needed
  • Availability to be contactable after hours in emergency situations

St Jude's NDIS are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If the above opportunity is one that excites and encourages you, we would welcome and encourage your application. If your application is selected for progression then we will be in touch to discuss it with you soon.
