Role Summary

Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that meet the unique needs of clients. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders while overseeing staffing, managing support worker performance, and ensuring budgets are effectively managed. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with clients to ensure their funding and services are used effectively and deliver the best possible outcomes
  • Monitor support plans to ensure they are followed and that high-quality, accurate progress notes are maintained
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of support workers to deliver consistent, person-centred services
  • Ensure services remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations while proactively managing risks

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont. Please note that the office is relocating to West Perth in Q2. 

Skills, Attributes and Experience

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred services within community programs, including experience supporting participants with complex mental health needs or challenging behaviours. You understand the NDIS funding model and reporting requirements, and can confidently use this knowledge to problem-solve, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve concerns effectively. You’re a proactive self-starter who leads performance appraisals, identifies opportunities for growth, and drives continuous improvement across your team.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership experience 
  • Sound understanding of NDIS funding and reporting requirements
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and WA Working with Children Check 
  • Current valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
