Role Summary

As a Community Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered services that truly meet the unique needs of each client. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and other key stakeholders, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported. You will take charge of staffing levels, guiding and motivating support workers to deliver high-quality care. With the responsibility of managing allocated funds and staying within budget, your ultimate goal is clear: ensuring the complete satisfaction and well-being of your clients. Your success will be measured by the positive impact you have on those you serve! 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with clients to ensure their funds and services are utilised effectively and efficiently 
  • Oversee the implementation of support plans, ensuring adherence and maintaining high-quality progress notes 
  • Manage and support a dedicated team of support workers, fostering a collaborative and caring environment 
  • Ensure all services are fully compliant with industry standards while proactively managing risks 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont! 

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Relevant qualification and/or significant experience within the NDIS framework is essential 
  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience managing participants with complex mental health issues or challenging behaviours will be highly regarded 
  • Must be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a WA Working with Children Check 
  • Must obtain a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
