Role Summary
Responsibilities and Duties

Managing enquiries from new and prospective clients in a first-contact capacity

Supporting timely service commencement for new clients

Understanding client needs and matching them with appropriate services

Tracking and reporting on referrals, pipelines, and conversion outcomes

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure follow-up and client satisfaction
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont.
Skills, Attributes and Experience

Experience in the aged care or NDIS sector

Background in intake, customer service, sales or marketing (desirable)

Qualifications in health, community services, social work, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

Current driver’s licence

NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
