Role Summary

As St Jude’s enters an exciting phase of growth and expansion, we’re seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help lead the way across WA! In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for delivering on key growth targets, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with stakeholders throughout the Perth region. Your local insight, knowledge of services, and understanding of client needs will be central to connecting people with the right supports. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape strategic planning and contribute to the direction of our growth across the state.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify key regions with high potential for growth and business development
  • Act as a connector, linking clients with the right services offered by our organisation
  • Develop compelling business proposals, insightful analysis reports, and practical implementation plan

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis!

Skills, Attributes and Experience

You’re a self-driven professional who thrives working independently and takes pride in achieving results. With a background in a comparable sector, ideally in social care, you’ve successfully connected clients to services and know how to create value through strong relationships. Your excellent communication skills help you build trust with clients, their families, and key stakeholders, making you a natural relationship-builder who genuinely cares.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

 

  • Proven experience and success in a similar role within healthcare, disability, aged care, or mental health sectors
  • Clinical qualifications or experience will be highly regarded, though not essential
  • Strong local knowledge of WA regions and suburbs to inform strategic growth and planning
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven role with clear targets and performance measures
