Title: Business Development Manager
Role Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our expanding Community Aged Care division! In this key role, you’ll tap into your experience across the aged care, health, or disability sectors to identify new opportunities, build strong referral networks, and drive business development. You’ll be the face of our community aged care services, cultivating relationships, fostering partnerships, and championing sustainable growth. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while helping more people access the care they deserve!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build strong connections with clients and stakeholders to match individuals with the most suitable Home Care Packages offered by St Jude’s
- Actively promote our services, helping people access quality community aged care support tailored to their needs
- Develop and present well-crafted business proposals, analysis reports, and implementation plans to support strategic growth and service expansion
- Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, ensuring they align with both organisational goals and client expectations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and a seamless experience throughout the service journey
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based at our welcoming and centrally located Belmont office.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
You’re a strategic, people-focused professional with experience working in complex service delivery, ideally in healthcare, aged care, or disability services. You’ve successfully driven business growth by connecting individuals to the right services and are confident navigating diverse client and stakeholder relationships. You’re known for your strong communication skills, ethical approach to business, and deep understanding of service delivery. You take pride in building trust, delivering results, and identifying opportunities that truly make a difference!
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience managing and maintaining a CRM system with accuracy and efficiency
- Proven ability to conduct market research, develop growth strategies, and deliver costed service proposals
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal/external stakeholders
- A collaborative, driven approach with a passion for helping people access quality care
