Role Summary

As an Accommodation Coordinator, you will help clients with disability or psychosocial needs live safe, meaningful and enjoyable lives! You’ll make sure each resident receives the right supports to reach their goals and feel at home.
Your role includes managing daily operations across your allocated houses, supervising and rostering Support Worker staff and contributing to key projects that strengthen our service delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work onsite across accommodation homes to supervise staff and ensure high-quality service delivery for clients
  • Lead, roster and provide ongoing supervision to Support Worker staff within your region
  • Complete client assessments, care plans, individualised support plans, positive behaviour support plans and other required reviews
  • Ensure all services are aligned with client funding, preferences and goals to remain cost-effective and person-centred

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis, based out of our central Belmont office. As part of this position, there will also be travel throughout the Northern suburbs to stay connected with our accommodation teams and clients.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidate will bring experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector and a strong understanding of the NDIS framework and terms of business. You’ll be skilled at building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and the Support Workers you supervise. With outstanding communication skills, you’ll feel confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You’re someone who values feedback, embraces collaboration, and works closely with the broader coordination team to continually refine and improve your practice.

 

Key Criteria:

 

  • Possess, or be willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Possess, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
