Role Summary

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Accommodation Coordinator to enhance the lives of clients with disability or psychosocial needs across our metropolitan accommodations. You will oversee day-to-day house operations, supervise and roster Support Worker staff and ensure tailored, high-quality support is delivered to each client. This role also involves contributing to projects that improve services and client wellbeing. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work from client accommodations to supervise and ensure high-quality support delivery
  • Manage rostering and provide supervision to your staff across the region
  • Complete client assessments, care plans, individualised support plans and positive behaviour support plans
  • Ensure all services are person-centered, aligned with client preferences and cost-effective

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis. You will work from client accommodations 4 days per week to supervise and support service delivery, and spend one day per week at our central Belmont office completing administrative tasks.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidates will have experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector and be familiar with the NDIS framework and terms of business. You will be able to build meaningful, lasting relationships with both clients and the staff you supervise. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential. You will value feedback and work collaboratively within the broader coordination team to continually improve practices.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance and WA Working with Children Check
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
