Role Summary

As an Accommodation Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disability or psychosocial needs. This rewarding position involves overseeing the daily operations of supported accommodation homes across the metropolitan area. You’ll lead and support a team of dedicated Support Workers, manage rosters, and contribute to exciting projects that directly impact client wellbeing. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be hands-on and present by working directly from our supported accommodation sites to oversee service quality
  • Lead and support your team through effective rostering and day-to-day supervision of Support Workers
  • Develop personalised plans for clients, including assessments, care planning, and positive behaviour support strategies
  • Ensure all services are person-centred and aligned with client goals, preferences, and funding – delivering support that truly makes a difference

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont. 

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

 

  • Have proven experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector
  • Be confident navigating the NDIS framework, guidelines, and terms of business
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and the teams you lead
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Embrace feedback and enjoy collaborating with a supportive, high-performing coordination team

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
