Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Officer with strong rostering experience to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting the Facility Manager with day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on coordinating and managing staff rosters. Your ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the facility!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilise your rostering expertise to efficiently schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring appropriate coverage and compliance with organisational policies
  • Liaise with department heads to gather staffing requirements and adjust rosters as needed
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support to the Facility Manager, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of the Facility Manager
  • Organise and facilitate facility tours for prospective clients, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience

 

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming facility in Guildford. 

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, with a strong focus on rostering
  • Experience using rostering software and scheduling systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check
