Role Summary

The Receptionist serves as an efficient, friendly and informative first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. With a strong customer service focus, the role supports both internal and external stakeholders by ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and appropriately. The position also provides broad administrative support to the various business units operating from the Bunbury office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcoming visitors to the office and ensuring they are comfortably settled
  • Operating the phone switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating courier services
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception and office environment

 

This role is being hired on a full-time, fixed-term contract and is based in our Bunbury office. The position is to provide leave coverage from 23rd of March through to mid-May 2026. Working hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Using your strong interpersonal skills and understanding of the organisation, you are able to effectively solve problems for stakeholders at all levels. You are also a committed team player who communicates clearly and keeps colleagues informed and connected.

 

Key Selection Criteria: 

 

  • Well presented with a corporate outlook
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and a National Police Clearance
