Title: Registered Nurses
Role Summary
Our Registered Nurses play a key role in delivering high-quality care to residents at Bethania Gardens, with a strong focus on supporting independence as people age. Through contemporary and timely clinical care, our nurses work to enhance residents’ social, mental and physical wellbeing. Care is delivered with purpose and compassion, empowering residents to live with dignity, comfort and self-determination.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver clinical services including care planning, assessment and ongoing review of all aspects of residents’ clinical care
- Ensure a strong customer service focus is embedded across all clinical care and service delivery
- Provide safe, effective clinical care grounded in evidence-based practice and aligned with scope of practice
- Provide leadership, supervision and coaching to Support Worker staff across the facility
We are seeking RN's that have flexible availability and are willing to work a variety of different shifts; morning, afternnoon, nights, weekends, etc! The better availability you have, the more shifts we can offer!
Skills, Attributes and Experience
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in residential aged care and a strong understanding of the needs of consumers residing in, or transitioning to, residential aged care. They will have sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards, and experience managing challenging behaviours, particularly for people living with dementia. Our Registered Nurses provide strong clinical and professional leadership across the facility, including conflict resolution, staff supervision, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
