Title: Business Development Manager
Role Summary
The role of the Business Development Manager is focused primarily on business development for a growing division of our organisation, our community aged care offerings. You will use your previous experience identifying and targeting potential new business within the aged, health and/or disability sectors to be the key force in driving business for our community aged care services, fostering growth opportunities and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Connecting clients with funded home care packages to St Jude's Support at Home services.
- Writing business proposals, analysis reports and implementation plans.
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts.
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and works out of our Belmont office. This position provides service across our Perth and Queensland operations.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a complex service delivery sector (ideally healthcare/aged care/disability) and a proven history of being able to successfully grow the business by connecting potential clients to the services provided by their organisation. You will be extremely proficient at communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders/clients and pride yourself on being both ethical knowledgeable in conducting business.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience managing and maintaining a CRM.
- The ability to perform market research, develop strategies and deliver costed service growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients as well as external and internal stakeholders.
