Who We're Looking For

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, person‑centred care that supports residents to maintain their independence and quality of life as they age. Through timely, contemporary clinical practice, you will help minimise age‑related decline across residents’ physical, social, and mental wellbeing. You will provide professional leadership on shift, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and build trusted relationships with residents, families, and care teams—always delivering care with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver high‑quality clinical services, including comprehensive assessments, care planning and ongoing review of residents’ clinical needs
  • Provide safe, effective nursing care in line with evidence‑based practice, organisational policies and scope of practice
  • Ensure all clinical care and service delivery maintains a strong customer‑service and person‑centred focus
  • Support residents to maintain independence, dignity, comfort and wellbeing throughout their care journey
  • Accurately complete and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Identify, manage, and escalate clinical risks and changes in resident condition in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership on shift, including supervision, guidance, and coaching 
  • Promote consistent clinical standards and support a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits  and quality activities within the facility

 

We are seeking Registered Nurses with strong and flexible availability, this is an essential requirement. 

Core Competencies & Experience

  • Strong clinical skills across geriatric care, chronic disease management, dementia, palliative care, wound care, and medication safety
  • Sound knowledge of aged care regulatory requirements, including Aged Care Quality Standards, AN‑ACC, mandatory reporting, and clinical documentation
  • Effective shift leadership with the ability to delegate, supervise, and support care teams
  • Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with calm, conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
