Title: Recruitment Consultant

Role Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in the entire front-end recruitment process! From sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and assessing, you will identify top talent and work closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing end to end recruitment & selection processes
- Coordinating recruitment activity for regional stakeholders
- Maintaining an applicant tracking system
- Managing advertising & job boards
- Onboarding new employees
- Conduct weekly inductions for new starters
- Anticipate staffing requirements and plan accordingly
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet company goals
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central Belmont office. The working hours for this role are 9:00am-5:00pm
Skills, Attributes and Experience
We are looking for an energetic self-motivator who will be able to hit the ground running and utilise their previous recruitment experience to help Carers Plus to recruit a high volume of new staff. You will ideally be comfortable conversing with a diverse range of people and be familiar with advocating for your business and the roles you hire for. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail, have the ability to manage juggling priorities and have strong technological aptitude with the ability to navigate systems with proficiency at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within a recruitment consultant role is highly desirable
- Experience recruiting within a health sector and/or high-volume environment is highly desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding time management & fast administration skills
