Title: Trainer & Assessors

Role Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Delivery of training sessions and assessment, including marking assessments.
- Conducting workplace assessments.
- Participating in the review and development of training course materials.
- Maintaining vocational competency and currency.
- Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.
- Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2015.
This role is being hired on a casual basis and is located out of our campus in the Perth CBD.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Previous experience in course facilitation
- Must hold one or more of the relevant qualifications listed
- Proficient in computer applications, including the MS Office suite
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction
- In-depth understanding of ACWA regulatory guidelines and standards.
