Role Summary

We are searching for an experienced and passionate trainer to deliver the face-to-face training and assessments for CHC33021 Cert III in Individual Support & CHC52015 - Diploma of Community Services. Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life. They will take pride in passing on knowledge and providing people with the tools required to succeed in their chosen field. Our ideal candidates will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities and manage their time effectively. They will also be confident using the MS office suite of products, as well as other learning systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Delivery and assessment of Cert III in Individual Support & Diploma of Community Services, including marking assessments.
  • Conducting workplace assessments.
  • Participating in the review and development of training course materials.
  • Maintaining vocational competency and currency.
  • Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.
  • Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2025.

 

This role is being hired on a casual basis and is located out of our AICE campus in the heart of the Perth CBD!

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Previous experience in course facilitation.
  • Diploma of Community Services qualification or higher
  • Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied work role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and also follow direction
