Role Summary
AICE are seeking a dynamic and experienced RTO Manager to lead our Registered Training Organisation. This role is pivotal in driving quality learning outcomes, ensuring compliance, and fostering strategic growth. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board, the RTO Manager will oversee operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and champion continuous improvement across all training services!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage staff including trainers, compliance, and the administration team
- Ensure compliance with training package rules, funding contracts and RTO standards
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and new revenue opportunities
- Oversee reporting, auditing and quality assurance processes
- Maintain high standards in service delivery, student support and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to tenders and manage budgets effectively
- Promote a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located in the heart of the Perth CBD!
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Proven experience in RTO operations and team leadership
- Strong understanding of State & Federal training funding and compliance
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to meet KPIs and drive business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
- Qualifications in management or related field (desirable)
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Risk Assessment
Essential Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
