Title: RTO Manager

Role Summary
The RTO Manager plays a key role in overseeing the RTO, with a strong emphasis on ensuring quality learning outcomes and driving targeted growth in alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, the RTO Manager provides operational leadership to the team, ensuring that AICE successfully meets its service and organisational goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and supervise the team, ensuring compliance, quality and performance targets
- Oversee reporting, budgeting and continuous improvement across all operations
- Ensure adherence to training standards, legislative requirements and safety protocols
- Foster a positive work culture and build strong internal and external relationships
- Drive business development, customer service excellence and compliance risk management
- Perform other duties as directed by the Managing Director and Board
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our AICE office in the heart of the Perth CBD!
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in RTO operational management and client relationship development along with strong business development, project management and organisational skills.
As well as the above, they key requirements include:
- Knowledge of State & Federal Training funding, tenders, claims and variation orders
- Ability to meet targets and KPI's, with strong administration and compliance expertise
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
- Must obtain a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance
