Title: Administration Assistant

Role Summary
The Administration Assistant is the first point of contact at AICE and responsible for ensuring that visitors and students are treated to a wonderful customer service experience. The role is also relied upon to remain highly organised and proactive, in order to provide various administrative supports to the staff who work at the AICE office.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an energetic, positive and friendly people-person who will relish the opportunity to wear different hats, help out with whatever is required at the office from day-to-day and who will take pride in playing a role in the ongoing growth and success of AICE. Our ideal candidate will have strong technological aptitude, excellent communication skills and find it easy to remain organised whilst juggling a constantly changing list of priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to all incoming contact via phone, email and in person
- Redirecting training inquiries to the most appropriate person
- Providing timely, effective administrative support to the RTO Manager and AICE's Trainers
- Supporting students with enrolments, inductions, information sessions and with obtaining workplace compliance documents
- Managing and maintaining the the storage and archiving of client training records
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks around the office such as catering requests, tidying the premises, meeting room bookings and ordering office supplies
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming AICE office in the heart of the Perth CBD!
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Previous or current work experience within the VET/Training industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent computer skills, and the ability to pick up new systems easily
- A bubbly, positive person with strong communication and listening skills
